الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة واقع التعلم الإلكتروني Moodleودوره في تعليم الفنون التطبيقية في جامعة فلسطين التقنية خضوري من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية فيها وبيان أثر متغيرات الدراسة على ذلك. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع اعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في اقسام الفنون التطبيقية في جامعة فلسطين التقنية خضوري، للعام (2019/2020) والبالغ عددهم (88) عضو هيئة تدريس، وتم الوصول الى (63) عضو وتم اعتمادهم كعينة للدراسة. تكونت اداة الدراسة من استبانة عدد فقراتها (43) فقرة، بدرجة ثبات (0.972)، موزعة على مجالات الدراسة الأربعة وهي: التخطيط، التنفيذ، التقويم، تقويم التقويم، واظهرت النتائج أن الدرجة الكلية لمجالات واقع التعلم الإلكتروني Moodleودوره في تعليم الفنون التطبيقية في جامعة فلسطين التقنية خضوري، من وجهة نظر اعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، قد أتت بمتوسط (3.68) وانحراف معياري (0.782) وهذا يدل على درجة مرتفعة لاستجابات أفراد العينة. كما جاءت النتائج في مجالي التخطيط والتنفيذ عالية، اما مجالي(التقويم، وتقويم التقويم) فكانت نتائجها متوسطة. في ضوء النتائج، اوصت الباحثة بزيادة البرامج التوعوية التي تتعلق بأهمية التعلم الإلكتروني لجميع عناصر العملية التعليمية في جامعة وكليات فلسطين التقنية بهدف تحسين العملية التعليمية وتطويرها.

Abstract
This study aimed to know the reality of Moodle e-learning and its role in teaching applied arts at the Technical University of Palestine Khadouri from the point of view of the faculty members in it and to show the effect of study variables on that. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical method, and the study community consisted of all faculty members in the applied arts departments at Palestine Technical University Khadouri, for the year (2019/2020), whose number was (88) faculty members, and (63) members were reached and were approved as a sample for study, the study tool consisted of a questionnaire of the number of (43) paragraphs, with a degree of stability (0.972) It is divided into the four fields of study, which are: planning, implementation, assessment, and assessment of the assessment, The results showed that the total score for the domains of Moodle e-learning reality and its role in teaching applied arts at the Technical University of Palestine, from the point of view of the faculty members, came with an average of (3.68) and a standard deviation of (0.782), and this indicates the high degree of responses from the sample members.. The two areas of planning and implementation are high, while for the two areas (assessment and assessment of the assessment) the results were moderate. In light of the results, the researcher recommended increasing awareness programs related to the importance of e-learning for all elements of the educational process at Palestine Technical University and Colleges in order to improve and develop the educational process.
