درجة التزام أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بجامعة الاستقلال بأخلاقيات المهنة من وجهة نظر الطلبة

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف الى درجة التزام أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بجامعة الاستقلال بأخلاقيات المهنة من وجهة نظر الطلبة، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلبة الجامعة من السنة الاولى حتى الرابعة، والبالغ عددهم(950) طالباً وطالبة، ولجمع البيانات استخدمت استبانة تكونت من(24) فقرة، إذ بلغ حجم العينة الدراسية (218) طالباً وقام الباحث بتوزيع الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية على الطلبة موزعين على ثلاث كليات (العلوم الإدارية، والعلوم الإنسانية، والقانون). أشارت نتائج الدراسة أن: درجة التزام اعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الاستقلال بأخلاقيات مهنة التعليم الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطلبة بدرجة كبيرة، واظهرت النتائج انه لا يوجد فروق من وجهة نظر الذكور والإناث حول درجة التزام اعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الاستقلال بأخلاقيات مهنة التعليم الجامعي تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، ومستوى الدراسة) في حين تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة التزام أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بجامعة الاستقلال بأخلاقيات المهنة من وجهة نظر الطلبة تعزى إلى متغير التخصص، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها: تجنب المدرس لأساليب الزجر مع طلابه في حالة الوقوع في أخطاء ، ان يشجع المدرس طلابه على القيام بالبحوث المشتركة.

The degree of commitment of faculty members at the University of ALISTIQLAL to the ethics of the profession from the perspective of students
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of commitment of the faculty members at Al-Istiqlal University to the professional ethics from the students’ point of view. The study followed the descriptive approach. The study community consisted of university students from the first to the fourth year, students number was (950) male and female. Questionnaire with 24 paragraphs was used on (218) random study sample students on three faculties (administrative sciences, humanities, and law). The results of the study indicated that: The degree of commitment of the faculty members at Al Istiqlal University to the education profession ethics of the university from the students’ point of view largely. The results showed that there are no differences from the male and female point of view about the degree of commitment of the faculty members at Al Istiqlal University to the ethics of the profession of university education due to the variables (gender, and the level of the study). While it found that, there were statistically significant differences in the degree of commitment of the faculty members at Al-Istiqlal University to the ethics of the profession from the students’ point of view due to the variable of specialization. Moreover, in light of the results the study recommended a several recommendations, the most important of which are: In errors, the teacher encourages his students to do joint research.
