درجة الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي غرف المصادر في مدارس مديريتي نابلس و جنوب نابلس من وجهة نظرهم

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الي الكشف عن درجة الاحتراق النفسي لدي معلمي غرف المصادر في مدارس مديرية نابلس ومديرية جنوب نابلس بمحافظة نابلس من وجهة نظرهم، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على 50 معلما ومعلمه ،تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية من المدراس الحكومية بمحافظة نابلس ،خلال العام الدراسي (2020-2021) باستخدام المنهج الوصفي . طبق مقياس للاحتراق النفسي من اعداد الباحثة تضمن 24 فقرة، وقد اشارت نتائج الدراسة الى ان معلمي غرف المصادر في مديرية نابلس ومديرية جنوب نابلس يعانون من الاحتراق النفسي بدرجة مرتفعة 66.5 % .واشارت الى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلاله احصائية تعزي لمتغيرات الجنس ،ونوع التخصص ، ولمؤهل العلمي ، و سنوات الخبرة. واوصت الدراسة بتقديم الدعم النفسي و المعنوي لمعلمي غرف المصادر ،والاهتمام ايضا بجميع الجوانب المحيطة بهم ،وعمل لقاءات تفريغ نفسي لهم من قبل قسم الارشاد والتربية الخاصة في مديرياتهم بالإضافة الى لقاءات عنقودية لتحسين ادائهم .

Abstract
The study aimed to discover the degree of psychological burnout at the teachers of the resource rooms in schools in Nablus District and South Nablus District from their point of view. And the study sample included 50 teachers who were selected by intent from government schools in the Nablus governorate, during the academic year (2020-2021) by using the descriptive approach. The scale of the psychological burnout was applied and prepared by the researcher which included 24 items.The results of the study pointed out that the teachers of the resource rooms in the Nablus Directorate and its South suffers from psychological burnout to a high degree of 66.5%. And it indicated that there are no statistically significant differences attributable to the variables of gender, type of specialization, academic qualification, and years of experience. And the study recommended providing psychological and moral support for the teachers of the resource room and also taking care of all aspects that surround them, and make psychological meetings by the Psychological Counseling and Special Education Department to them in their districts, in addition to cluster meetings in order to improve their performance.
