ملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرّف إلى مستوى الضغوط النفسيّة وعلاقتها بالصّلابة النفسيّة لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانويّة في محافظة رام الله والبيرة في ظل جائحة كورونا، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، حيث وطبق مقياسي الدارسة على عيّنة حجمها (314) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الثانويّة في محافظة رام الله والبيرة. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الضغوط النفسيّة لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانويّة في محافظة رام الله والبيرة كان متوسطاً، وبينت النتائج أن مستوى الصّلابة النفسيّة لدى المعلمين كان مرتفعاً. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في الضغوط النفسيّة لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانويّة في محافظة رام الله والبيرة في ظل جائحة كورونا تعزى لمتغيّر الجنس في المجالات (المعرفي، والاجتماعي، والنفسي)، ووجود فروق في مجالات (الفسيولوجي، والوظيفي)، وكانت الفروق لصالح الذكور. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في الضغوط النفسيّة لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانويّة في محافظة رام الله والبيرة في ظل جائحة كورونا تعزى لمتغيّري المؤهل العلمي، والتخصّص، كما وأظهرت وجود فروق في الضغوط النفسيّة لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانويّة في محافظة رام الله والبيرة في ظل جائحة كورونا تعزى لمتغيّر سنوات الخبرة، في جميع المجالات لصالح الفئة (من 10 سنوات إلى أقل من 15 سنة)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في الصّلابة النفسيّة لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانويّة في محافظة رام الله والبيرة في ظل جائحة كورونا تعزى لمتغيّرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والتخصّص، وسنوات الخبرة، كذلك أظهرت النتائج إلى وجود فروق في مجالي التحكم والتحدي تعزى لمتغيّر الجنس، إذ جاءت الفروق لصالح الذكور، وأظهرت النتائج أيضاً أنه لا يوجد علاقة ارتباط بين الضغوط النفسيّة والصّلابة النفسيّة لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانويّة في محافظة رام الله والبيرة في ظل جائحة كورونا.

Psychological Stress and its Relation with Psychological Toughness Among Secondary –Level Teachers in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate During Corona Pandemic

Abstract
This study aims to learn about the psychological stress level in relation to psychological toughness y among secondary – level teachers in Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate during Corona pandemic. The researcher uses the relational descriptive approach in order to apply the study’s two scales on a classified random sample of 314 secondary stage teachers in Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate in the school second semester of 2020/2021. The study’s results show that the level of psychological stress among the secondary- level teachers of Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate is moderate, while the level of psychological toughness among these teachers is high. The study’s results reveal that in light of Corona pandemic, there are no differences of psychological stress among teachers which have to do with the variable of gender in the educational, social and psychological areas. However, there are physiological and functional differences in favor of males. The study’s results also show that during Corona pandemic, there are no differences of psychological stress among teachers which have to do with academic qualification and specialization. Moreover, the variable of years of teaching experience plays a role in psychological stress which affects all areas in favor of (10 to less than 15 years of experience). The study’s results reveal that during Corona pandemic, there are no differences of psychological toughness among teachers which have to do with the variables of gender, in academic education, specialization, and years of experience. However, there are some differences in control and challenge areas due to gender variable in favor of males. Therefore, there is no relationship between psychological stress and psychological toughness among secondary- level teachers of Ramallah and Al- Bireh governorate in light of Corona pandemic.
