الملخص:
يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن بعض مظاهر اكتساب وتعلم العربية عند الناطقين بها، والتمييز المفهومي بين مصطلحي الاكتساب والتعلم، مع رصد التداخل الحاصل بين العربية العامية والعربية االمعيارالمستهدفة بالتعلم في إطار وجود ازدواجية لغوية لها أثرها في السياق المدرسي المغربي من خلال ما تخلفه من انعكاسات نفسية على المتعلمين، إلى جانب وجود تعددية لغوية مرتبطة باللغات المعتمدة في التدريس، وقد أنار البحث تشكلات العربية المعاصرة الناشئة عن مبدأ التطور اللغوي، كما أشارإلى موقعها في السياسة اللغوية المغربية بين الوثائق الرسمية المدبرة للشأن اللغوي، ومكانة هذه اللغة فعليا من حيث وظيفتها التعليمية والاجتماعية، وفي ظل تراجع دورها لصالح هيمنة اللغة الأجنبية، تصبح الحاجة ماسة إلى البحث السيكولساني والاجتماعي من أجل الرفع من كفايتها النحوية، وتدارك صعوبات تعليمها وتعلمها.

Abstact
The research aims to reveal some aspects of the acquisition and learning of Arabic when native speakers, and the conceptual distinction between the terms acquisition and learning, while monitoring the overlap between Arabic colloquial Arabic eloquent standard targeted learning in the context of the existence of bilingualism has an impact in the Moroccan school context through the psychological repercussions on learners, in addition to the existence of multilingualism associated with the languages adopted in teaching, the research has illuminated the formations of contemporary Arabic arising from the principle of linguistic development, as pointed to its position in the Moroccan linguistic policy between Official documents managing the linguistic affair, and the actual status of this language in terms of its educational and social function, given the decline in its role in favor of the dominance of the foreign language, which necessitates benefiting from psycholinguistic and social research in order to raise its grammatical sufficiency, and to remedy the difficulties of teaching and learning.
