الملخص:
جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان التدخل العسكري الروسي في سوريا: وتناولت الموقف الروسي من الثورة السورية والدعم العسكري والسياسي الروسي لسوريا والذي تمثل في الموقف الروسي من الازمة السورية ومدى العلاقات بين الدولتين وما تمثله من تعاون عسكري وما عليها من قواعد عسكرية، وتداعيات التدخل العسكري الروسي وما خلفياتها، وما هي الاهداف المعلنة من التدخل الروسي، والمدى النوعي والزمني ومدى تأثير التدخل الروسي في القوى المتصارعة على الساحة السورية، الجيش الحر، حزب الله والمليشيات الشيعية، جبهة النصرة، تنظيم داعش، القوى الكردية، ومدى تأثيرها على القوى الدولية الكبرى، وکذلك الدعم العسکري. کما حاولت الدراسة التعرف على الأسباب والمحددات والمصالح التي دفعت روسيا للتدخل في سوريا وأثر ذلک على التحول في توازن القوي على الأزمة السورية من منظور العلاقات بدراسة الآليات أو الظروف التي أحاطت بصانع القرار السياسي الروسي لإصدار قرار التدخل عسکرياً، ومآلات هذا التدخل من النواحي العسکرية والسياسية مع الترکيز على البعد العسکري وما حققته على الأرض. وتوضح أن التدخل الروسي جاء للتأکيد على الدور الجديد الذي تلعبه روسيا في الساحة الدولية کقوة دولية مؤثرة في العلاقات الدولية ومنافس للولايات المتحدة الأمريکية والحفاظ على النفوذ الروسي في الشرق الأوسط والبحر الأبيض المتوسط. وفى الخاتمة من خلال دراسة العمليات العسکرية على الأرض توصلت الدراسة إلى أن روسيا حققت أکثر مما أرادته من وراء تدخلها عسکرياً في سوريا.

Abstract

This study was entitled Russian Military Intervention in Syria: It dealt with the Russian position on the Syrian revolution and the Russian military and political support for Syria, which was represented by the Russian position on the Syrian crisis, the extent of relations between the two countries, the military cooperation it represents and the military bases on it, and the repercussions of the Russian military intervention and its backgrounds. What are the declared goals of Russian intervention? The qualitative and temporal extent and the extent of the impact of Russian intervention on the conflicting forces in the Syrian arena, the Free Army, Hezbollah and the Shiite militias, the Al-Nurse Front, ISIS, the Kurdish forces, and the extent of their influence on the major international powers, as well as military support. The study also attempted to identify the reasons, determinants, and interests that prompted Russia to intervene in Syria and the impact of that on the shift in the balance of power over the Syrian crisis from the perspective of relations by studying the mechanisms or circumstances that surrounded the Russian political decision-maker to issue the decision to intervene militarily, and the consequences of this intervention from the military and political aspects with Focusing on the military dimension and what it achieved on the ground.
