ملخص
ان دراسة النزاعات من المنظور الواقعي- سواء فيما يتعلق بتفسير الأسباب التي تدفع الدول إلى خوض الحروب أو فيما يتعلق بالحلول الكفيلة بالتخفيف من حدة هذه الظاهرة في العلاقات الدولية – من قدرة المنظور الواقعي على تزويدنا بتفسير واضح ومتماسك لتطور النظام الدولي من جهة، ولسلوك الدول ونزوعها المحتمل نحو استعمال القوة لتعظيم مصالحها من جهة أخرى؛ وفي مقابل القدرة على التفسير، يبدو أن الواقعية لا تملك نفس القدرة على اقتراح وصياغة آليات لحل النزاعات والحد من انتشار ظاهرة الحرب في النظام الدولي القائم عبر الزمان والمكان. لذلك فإن مَشكلة هذا الموضوع من هذه الزاوية تمكننا من فهم الإدراك الواقعي لأسباب حدوث النزاعات بين الدول/داخل الدول وآليات حلها.

Abstract
Abstract The study of conflicts from the perspective of reality - both in terms of explaining the reasons that push states to go to war and in terms of solutions that can mitigate this phenomenon in international relations - from the ability of the realistic perspective to provide us with a clear and coherent explanation of the evolution of the international system on the one hand, and the behavior of states and their potential tendency to use force to maximize their interests on the other; Limit the spread of the phenomenon of war in the existing international order across time and space. Therefore, the problem of this topic from this point of view enables us to understand the realistic perception of the causes of inter-State/intra-State conflicts and the mechanisms for resolving them.
