الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية المترتبة على مخالطة الطواقم الطبية في وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية للمرضى خلال جائحة كورونا، كما هدفت الى التعرف إذا كان هناك فروق في الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية المترتبة على مخالطة الطواقم الطبية في وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية للمرضى خلال جائحة كورونا حسب متغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، المسمى الوظيفي، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة) ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مؤلفة من (26) فقرة موزعة على مجالين، تم توزيعها على (95) من الطواقم الطبية وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها من قبل لجنة من المحكمين من ذوي الاختصاص، وبعد عملية توزيع الاستبانات وجمعها تم ترميزها وإدخالها الى الحاسوب، ومعالجتها إحصائياً باستخدام الرزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية. وقد بينت الدراسة أن درجة الآثار النفسية المترتبة على مخالطه الطواقم الطبية في وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية للمرضى خلال جائحة كورونا كانت كبيرة، زان درجة الآثار النفسية المترتبة على مخالطه الطواقم الطبية في وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية للمرضى خلال جائحة كورونا، كما تبين انه عدم وجود توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة( 0.05= α) في كل من الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية المترتبة على مخالطه الطواقم الطبية في وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية للمرضى خلال جائحة كورونا‏ تعزى للمتغيرات(الجنس، المسمى الوظيفي، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة) وبناء على نتائج هذه الدراسة فقد أوصت الباحثة بعدة توصيات كان أهمها ضرورة تخصيص وقت فراغ كافي للطواقم الطبية في وزارة الصحة، وضرورة زيادة عدد أفراد الطواقم الطبية في وزارة الصحة.

Abstract
The Psychological and Social Implications Of Contacting Medical Staff In The Palestinian Ministry Of Health With Patients During The Corona Pandemic
This study aimed to identify the psychological and social consequences of contacting medical staff in the Palestinian Ministry of Health with patients during the Corona pandemic, and also aimed to identify if there are differences in the psychological and social effects of contacting medical staff in the Palestinian Ministry of Health with patients during the Corona pandemic According to the variables of the study (gender, job title, academic qualification, years of experience), and to achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (26) items distributed into two areas was developed, and it was distributed to (95) medical staff and its validity and reliability were confirmed by A committee of specialized arbitrators, and after the process of distributing and collecting the questionnaires, they were coded and entered into the computer, and statistically processed using the statistical package for the social sciences. The study showed that the degree of psychological effects of contact with medical staff in the Palestinian Ministry of Health with patients during the Corona pandemic was great, so the degree of psychological effects of contact of medical staff in the Palestinian Ministry of Health with patients during the Corona pandemic, as it was found that there is no There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in each of the psychological and social effects of contact of medical staff in the Palestinian Ministry of Health with patients during the Corona pandemic due to variables (gender, job title, academic qualification, years of experience. Based on the results of this study, the researcher recommended several recommendations, the most important of which were: The necessity to allocate sufficient free time for medical staff in the Ministry of Health. The need to increase the number of medical personnel in the Ministry of Health.
