الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى ممارسة الإصلاح المدرسي ومعوقاته لدى معلمي المدارس الحكومية الثانوية في المحافظات الشمالية، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ وتمثلت عينة الدراسة (1018) فردا من أصل (5338) معلما ومعلمة، وقام الباحثون بإعداد استبانة مكونة من (42) فقرة كأداة لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها ان مستوى ممارسة الإصلاح المدرسي لدى معلمي المدارس الحكومية الثانوية في المحافظات الشمالية بدرجة كبيرة، أن معوقات الإصلاح المدرسي من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الحكومية الثانوية في المحافظات ‏‏الشمالية قد أتت بمتوسط حسابي (3.25) وانحراف معياري (0.64)، وتشير إلى أن معوقات الإصلاح المدرسي من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الحكومية الثانوية في المحافظات ‏‏الشمالية بدرجة متوسطة، بناء على نتائج الدراسة فقد أوصى الباحثون بالاستمرار في دعم المعلمين وتشجيعهم على القيام بالممارسات المؤدية للإصلاح المدرسي على المدى الطويل والالتزام بتطوير ذواتهم لتحقيقها.

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of school reform practice and its obstacles among public secondary school teachers in the northern governorates. The descriptive analytical approach was used; Due to its relevance to the nature of the study, the study sample represented (1018) individuals out of (5338). The researcher built a questionnaire consisting of (42) items as a tool for collecting data related to the subject of the study, and after preparing the study tool, its validity was verified by presenting it to eight arbitrators with experience and expertise in Palestinian universities. The overall degree of the level of school reform practice among public secondary school teachers in the northern governorates was significant. The obstacles to school reform from the point of view of secondary government school teachers in the northern governorates came with an arithmetic mean (3.25) and a standard deviation (0.64), and this degree is medium, meaning that it indicates that the obstacles to school reform from the teachers' point of view Public secondary schools in the northern governorates are medium.
