الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع تطبيق الادارة المدرسية في ضوء معايير الادارة الاستراتيجية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة جرش، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم تطوير استبانة مؤلفة من (30) فقرة، موزعه على ثلاث مجالات، وبعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها تم توزيعها على عينة عددها (50) من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي، وتم معالجتها احصائيا باستخدام برنامج الرزم الاحصائي(SPSS) حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى إن واقع تطبيق الادارة المدرسية في ضوء معايير الادارة الاستراتيجية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة جرش كبير، كما وتبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( 0.05≥ α) في متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع تطبيق الادارة المدرسية في ضوء معايير الادارة الاستراتيجية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة جرش حسب متغير(الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة)، وبناء على نتائج هذه الدراسة فقد أوصت الباحثة بعدة توصيات بناء على نتائج الدراسة كان أهمها ضرورة العمل على تخفيف الاعمال والمهام التي يقوم بها مدراء المدارس وتحويل العديد من الاجراءات الكترونياً، وتوفير الدعم المالي المناسب للمدارس من اجل استمرار تحقيق اهدافها على اكمل وجه.

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the reality of the application of school administration in the light of the criteria of strategic management from the point of view of the principals of public schools in The Province of Jerash, and to achieve the goal of the study was based on the analytical descriptive curriculum, where a questionnaire consisting of (30) paragraphs was developed, distributed in three areas, and after verifying its sincerity and stability was distributed to a sample of (50) from the original study community, and was statistically processed using the statistical package program (SPSS) where the study found that the reality of the administration School in the light of the criteria of strategic management from the point of view of the principals of public schools in The Province of Jerash Kabir, and it was also found that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05≥ α) in the average responses of the members of the study sample on the reality of the application of school administration in the light of strategic management standards from the point of view of the principals of public schools in Gersh province by variable (Gender, scientific qualification, years of experience) Based on the results of this study, the researcher recommended several recommendations based on the results of the study, the most important of which was the need to work to reduce the work and tasks carried out by school principals and convert many procedures electronically, and provide appropriate financial support to schools in order to continue to achieve their goals to the fullest
