الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طرق انقضاء الالتزام الصرفي، بغير الوفاء، والتي لها أهمية تتعلق في أنها الوفاء، وتمثلت إشكالية الدراسة في وسائل التي ينقضي الالتزام الصرفي بغير الوفاء. وتقسيم الدراسة إلى مطلبين المطلب الأول انقضاء الالتزام الصرفي بما يعادل الوفاء، والمطلب الثاني انقضاء الالتزام الصرفي دون الوفاء، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي، وأشارات الدراسة إلى أن المشرع الأردني قد نظم الطرق لانقضاء الالتزام الصرفي بغير الوفاء في القانون المدني والتجاري الأردني .

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the ways of expiry of the morphological obligation, without fulfillment, which has importance related to it being fulfillment, and the problematic of the study was represented in the means by which the morphological obligation expires without fulfillment. And dividing the study into two demands, the first requirement is the expiration of the morphological obligation equivalent to fulfillment, and the second requirement is the expiration of the morphological obligation without fulfillment, and to achieve the goal of the study the analytical method was used, and the study indicated that the Jordanian legislator has organized the ways for the expiration of the morphological obligation without fulfillment in the civil and commercial law jordanian
