الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف التحديات التي تواجه تقديم الخدمات الإنتقالية في مراكز ومؤسسات التربية الخاصة في الضفة الغربية من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي. ولغايات الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة هدفت إلى معرفة التحديات التي تواجه مراكز ومؤسسات التربية الخاصة في تقديم الخدمات الانتقالية وتكونت من (22) فقرة. وجرى توزيعها على عينة من الأسر في الضفة الغربية بلغت (168) أسرة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقديرات أولياء الأمور للتحديات التي تواجه تقديم الخدمات الانتقالية في مراكز ومؤسسات التربية الخاصة بالضفة الغربية كانت مرتفعة. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في تقديرات أولياء الأمور للتحديات التي تواجه تقديم الخدمات الانتقالية في مراكز ومؤسسات التربية الخاصة بالضفة الغربية تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وعدد افراد الاسرة. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بالتخطيط المشترك من قبل كافة الجهات ذات العلاقة لمواجهة العقبات التي تعيق تقديم الخدمات الانتقالية للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة.

ABSTRACT
The study aimed to identify the challenges facing the provision of transitional services in special education centers and institutions in the West Bank from the point of view of parents. The study used the descriptive survey method. For the purposes of the study, a questionnaire was prepared aimed at knowing the challenges facing special education centers and institutions in providing transitional services, and it consisted of (22) items. It was distributed to a sample of families in the West Bank, which amounted to (168) families. The results of the study showed that parents' estimates of the challenges facing the provision of transitional services in special education centers and institutions in the West Bank were high. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in parents' estimates of the challenges facing the provision of transitional services in special education centers and institutions in the West Bank due to the variables of educational qualification and the number of family members. In light of the results, the study recommended joint planning by all relevant authorities to confront the obstacles that hinder the provision of transitional services for students with disabilities.
